Property Policies

A valid credit card and current photo identification (to be photocopied) are required on check in. A minimum authorisation (an amount equivalent to one night stay) will be processed on the credit card or a cash bond is required upon check in. In the event that the above cannot be provided, entry may be refused. Paramount Apartments Melbourne has a strict "No Party" policy and all guests residing in room must register names (with photo identification) upon check-in.
Concessional carparking $25 per night (limit one carparking per apt). Carpark ticket must be validated and carparking fee paid at hotel reception for the concessional $25/night to apply.
