The Resort has been a popular destination for travellers for many years, and RAC want to ensure that it remains somewhere Western Australian families holiday for years to come. To ensure this, RAC Karri Valley Resort is currently undergoing upgrades to the main guest areas which include a refurbishment to The Lakeside Restaurant, chalets and rooms.
Our new reception is now located on the Vasse Highway, Beedelup at the entrance of the Resort, so look out for our new signage before entering the Resort.
Our Lakeside Restaurant and Lounge are newly updated and both look incredible. Do come in and enjoy the new facilities as we are open for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Upgrading of our Lakeside rooms and Chalets will be continuing and at this stage should be completed by the end of the year.
The safety and comfort of our guests is our foremost priority and every effort will be made to keep noise to a minimum during the development.

Our onsite Lakeside Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
Please note: due to our remote location, TV reception is limited in the Lakeside rooms and unavailable in the Chalets. DVD players are in all accommodation types and we have a selection of DVDs available for hire for a small fee.
Digital free world - soak up nature and the environment and enjoy a data free world. Our secluded location means that there is no mobile and internet reception. Our Lakeside restaurant has wifi tokens available with a purchase.
If you have visited us before, our Reception has moved and is located on Vasse Hwy, Beedelup before you drive down into the Resort. Please lookout for signage that will direct you to our Reception's new, convenient location.
Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am.
Reception operating hours are 8am to 6pm. If arriving after 6pm, please contact reception on (08) 9776 2020 for late arrival instructions.
Upon check-in you will be required to provide a credit card as security against incidentals during your stay. If there is no credit card on the booking, a $200 cash bond will be required. This bond will be refunded on departure.
While we will do our best to accommodate a preferred room or chalet these can not always be guaranteed.
Additional guests that have not been included in the booking will incur further charges and/or the requirement for additional accommodation.
All linen is provided in all accommodation. Please note, only existing bedding is available. We do not supply extra fold out beds etc. If you have the maximum occupants per room, please check existing bedding for your room type to make sure that it will be suitable.
One car space per site is allocated per room. Visitors should park their car in the visitors parking area. No visitor cars are allowed in the Resort without consent from management.
Photo Identification is required upon check-in by the guest who's name the booking is in, i.e. driver's licence or passport
