Luxury 1,2 & 3 bedroom private, modern and complete cottages on 97 secluded acres in the rural Noosa\Sunshine Coast hinterland. Each cottage is fully self-contained with queen beds, full kitchens, heat & air-conditioning, DVD, private laundry, private patios with gas barbecue, heated shared pool, private carport, verandahs, with all linen and towels supplied. Your home away from home!!!

The Cooroora cottage is especially designed for disabled or elderly guests. Pets are welcome! 97 secluded acres with panoramic mountain and valley views. You will appreciate the tranquility interrupted only by bird songs or native wildlife.

Stroll the rock pond boardwalk and gardens, the 8,000 native tree arboretum blooms, or the 4kms of forested creek bushwalk tracks. Relax in the tropical garden gazebo or visit and feed the miniature horses and Dexter cattle located in a nearby paddock.

Cooroy restaurants, supplies and services are only 10 minutes away. Noosa beaches and most Sunshine Coast tourist attractions are within 10 to 30 minute drives. Brisbane city centre or airport within a 90 minute drive. Easy access to the Bruce Highway or the Queensland Railway station in Cooroy.

There will be an additional $50 cleaning charge if the cottage or Studio Suite is left "unclean".

Check-in time starts at 2pm. Check-out time is 11am.
Property Policies

If coming from the South along the Bruce Highway take the “Cooroy\Pomona\Noosa Heads” exit which becomes Myall Street, and leads to the town centre. Take a LEFT turn at the marked junction to enter the central business district (versus crossing the train overpass bridge which leads to Pomona and Noosa). Continue straight through each of two roundabouts while passing through Cooroy’s town centre on Maple Street. (If you want to stop for groceries, take a left turn at the second roundabout onto Emerald Street and the nearby IGA Supermarket). Maple Street crosses the Cooroy Creek where it converts to Mary River Road and passes the Tennis Club, Sports Complex and TIP. Thereafter, Mary River Road converts to Black Mountain Road and commences an ascent to a T intersection. Take a LEFT turn at the T intersection to continue on Black Mountain Road (now a shared paved road) and another 2.7 kilometres to Cooroy Country Cottages entrance at #532. (Do not take a right turn at the T intersection onto Black Mountain “Range” Road, which will lead back to the Bruce Highway). Take a right turn at the Cooroy Country Cottages sign and main entrance and continue on the marked bitumen paved road directly to your cottage, which is open, prepared for your scheduled arrival. Please dial 5 on your cottage phone after arriving for management to arrive, welcome you and complete the check-in procedure. If coming from the north take the “Black Mountain Range Road” entrance just south of Pioneer road (at this stage make sure you are in the right hand lane) which goes to Pomona and when you get to the Cooroy turn off keep going straight for another 2.7 km’sPlease drive directly to your cottage, as noted on the map, which will be opened awaiting your arrival.
