Located adjacent to extensive parklands, this mews style development provides modern furnished accommodation in a quiet location convenient to many surrounding suburbs and south eastern business centres.

Each of the twelve furnished townhouses are private and fully self contained, with no shared walls or communal facilities, and features include ducted heating.

In both the one and two bedroom townhouses, a tiled entry opens into a generous living room where you can watch one of the 39 channels of cable television on the large 50" plasma television or relax on the comfortable lounge with a DVD.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything supplied. There is a full sized oven and stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher to make life easier and the cupboards are fully stocked with crockery, glassware, saucepans etc.

Each furnished townhouse also has its own laundry so if you prefer to do your own washing, you have everything you would find at home – washing machine, dryer, clothes rack and even pegs.This furnished accommodation is a delight. In the private rear courtyard you can relax on the outdoor setting or let the children play in safety. The courtyard also provides easy access directly into your own private lock up garage.
