We offer spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom self-contained apartment accommodation in Byron Bay. All our apartments are well equipped with all modern conveniences and open planned living areas. All apartments are individually and tastefully furnished.

The beachside first floor 2 bedroom apartments also provide an individually grassed and fenced private garden area. For people who like that extra bit of privacy or families who prefer a fenced play area for their young children, the 2 bedroom beachside apartments are ideal.

Our 3 bedroom apartments offer 2 storey accommodation with a mezzanine style bedroom and ensuite bathroom. These apartments can comfortably fit 6 to 7 people.

Swim in the sparkling heated saltwater pool or relax in the tropical garden. We have a great BBQ area by the pool so kick back, eat, drink and enjoy! Everything is at your finger tips. Mariner Bay Apartments offer a relaxed and tropical environment that is only a hop, skip and a jump to the centre of town and Byron Bay's brilliant beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries. Check-in time starts at 2pm. Check-out time is 10am.
Property Policies

Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5pm. Saturday and Sunday between 9am - 4pm. If you will be arriving outside of these hours, please contact the office to let us know.Check‐in time is from 2.00pm to 5.00pm on the date of your arrival. If arriving later than 5.00 pm please contact our office, prior to your arrival, to organize check‐in. Check‐out is by 10.00 am on the date of departure ‐ late check out fees ($75 per hour or part thereof) will be charged.

All apartments are SMOKE FREE. It is permitted on your outdoor balcony/patio. In the event that smoking is detected in an
apartment a minimum $300 cleaning fee will apply.   

We reserve the right to expel any guest/invitee that disrupts the enjoyment of other guests through noise or behaviour or
causes damage to the apartment or building. No refund of any tariff paid will be provided.
*Definition of Noise: If other people can hear your music, TV and or voices outside your Apartment after 10:00 pm, then it is
noise.

Any breakages, damage to apartment or lost keys ($150 per key) must be paid for by the tenant. Please report any breakages or
appliance failures to the office.  We reserve the right to charge your credit card or keep any bond taken to help cover the costs of any
breakages or damages.

In the event that you require us to open your apartment or security safe, or our Security Company have been called out due to a
complaint, an “out of normal office hours”  fee of $100 will apply.   
We advise that you should take care to lock and secure your apartment and valuables at all times. We do not take any
responsibility for personal items lost or stolen – please use the room safe provided.
